Damma (Silver, 10 mm, 0.44 g, 10 h), struck in the name of the Ghaznavid Sultan Mahmud, Uncertain mint in Multan, circa AD 1005/6-1010. 'There is no god but Allah, Muhammad ist His Prophet, truly' (in Arabic). Rev. 'Right hand of the State and Keeper of Faith, Mahmud ibn Nasir al-Din' (in Arabic). Fishman & Todd, FG4.
